Todays weigh-in

Well it's Monday, and you know what that means!  Weigh-In time!  So, I (Jenny) lost 1.4 pounds!  Its not that much, but as long as I am losing, I'm happy.  So Darren lost 8 pounds!  That is great seeing as how he lost nothing last time.  We've both been doing great with changing out eating.  The exercise part is another story.  We are exercising, but not as much as we should be.  I think if we can just get the exercise part down pat, we'll be in business for sure.  Good luck to everyone else!

Congrats to you both! it's good attitude you have about the weightloss. I know we all would love to see it melt away as fast as butter in a hot skillet, but that's just not a healthy way to go. Y'all keep up the great work!

Congrats to both of you!  I'm waiting for that 21 day habit to kick in!  Until then, I'm having to consciously choose to exercise as well.  Keep it up, it shows in the weight loss!

Exercise definitely has been a hard part to add to our daily plan. Seems like everything else finds a way to get in the way of the exercise.  Sounds like you are doing great!!!!!!!!!!!!!
