    I lost a pound

    Well even though I had a bad week, I still managed to lose 1 pound!  I was preying that I wouldn't gain.  I would have settled for staying the same, but losing 1 pound was great!

    Great job...just remember if you lose just one pound a week at the end of the year you would have lost 52 pounds...it truly adds up.  Your well on your way to your thinner self.  Keep up the good work!  Lara
