Dreading Tomorrow!

Well tomorrow will be our second weigh in since starting this program, and I'm not looking forward to it.  This may be TMI for some of you, but it is that time of the month for me and I NEVER lose weight during that time of the month.  I feel bloated and according to the scale, I havent lost anything.  I have been eating good and working out, but sometimes there is nothing you can do.  Well I guess I can hopefully look forward to a bigger loss the next week.  Anyone have any suggestions on how to lose weigh during your period?

Well the good thing is...most of us woman go through the same thing, so as long as you know WHY you may not lose don't beat yourself up over it. I know at that time I feel HUGE and the scale doesn't move and I have to really try hard not to eat all the SALTY things in my house. So as long as you stayed on plan as best you could don't worry what the scale says no you did well and you have lost fat it just isn't showing on the scale (probably retaining water)
