1月20日 Dreading Tomorrow!Well tomorrow will be our second weigh in since starting this program, and I'm not looking forward to it. This may be TMI for some of you, but it is that time of the month for me and I NEVER lose weight during that time of the month. I feel bloated and according to the scale, I havent lost anything. I have been eating good and working out, but sometimes there is nothing you can do. Well I guess I can hopefully look forward to a bigger loss the next week. Anyone have any suggestions on how to lose weigh during your period?
